I need Help moving my pet

I'm in Spain and my dog is in California. I need to know what is required to get him here, if there is anyone who can assist in the process and about how much everything is going to cost. I need to get him out here as soon as possible. He is a 7 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and weighs about 75 lbs. If anyone has any info please help, I am on a deadline, my brother who was supposed to keep him cant keep him anymore.
