moving from virginia to hawaii w/giant breed dog

Hello,

I am being transferred to Kawaihae Bay, Hawaii in about 45 days just found out about a week ago... i have a great dane i need to transport having trouble finding an airline approved crate for him!!! he is 150lbs 45" tall 50" long.... need some help ppplllleeeaaassseeee
