Moving my English Bulldog to Guam via Hawaii

Hello, I am a proud military wife and mom of three kids and an english bulldog. We are currently living in Germany and my husband has received orders to Guam. I am aware of all the quarantine regulations of the island and have started the process to prepare her. The issue I am having is that we are PCSing this summer and due to her snug nose breed, we are having issues with shipping her during the summer months. Does anyone know of a service that has air conditioning and can ship her during the summer?? Also, I would like info about layovers in Hawaii. I have gathered that she can only be flown into Honolulu and that she will be held in a holding room until the connecting flight to Guam. Can I, or does anyone remove the dog from the kennel to use the restroom or drink some water? And, we may have an over night layover...what then?? Any info would be great...this is our first PCS and our first time moving a pet. Thank You in advance!!
