My Pet Move

See. Spot. Move.

My family and I are moving from Japan to Ga, and we are having a difficult time trying to fly them back to Ga. We are flying out on American Airlines through the military on 28 June, and we do have our pets reserved on our flight, however we were told if the temperature gets too high, we could be told they cannot fly. My daughter loves both dogs and even though we got our shih tzu Bailey here in Japn, he's still a member of our fmily now. It would be less traumatic to fly the dogs out by themselves ahead of us, and my stepdad can pick them up in Atlanta. We need to find an airline or somehting that can help us send our dogs out by 19 June 2010. We checked with a couple of airlines here in Japan at the airport and it appears continental contracts out to a seperate company, and that it will be over $2500 to ship our 15 lb and 42 lb dogs from here to the states. When I call around to the airport, the language barrier makes it a little difficult to make arrangements as well. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions to help us? Any information would be greatly appreciated. My wife is pregnant and I don't want her to stress over this.

Thanks
