My Pet Move

Don't know how you found me, but I'm looking forward to learning more as we have just begun our travel lifestyle and want to make 13 yr old Princess as comfortable as possible during each move.

Thanks for the message. No I haven't called them yet. I was looking at the airlines page here and it said they only deal with professional pet transports. But I will contct them and find out. I think with KLM I don't have ti go through the States either as it puts more pressure on me having to pick up 2 large dogs carriers, one cat and luggage alone. So that is a bonus! Thanks again.

Hi, I have a 12y old Chow Chow and a 4y old St-Bernard. We are thinking flying to London with Malaysian Airlines and then the direct flight to Provo with British Airways, so there is only 1 stop-over for the dogs. Anybody has experience with these airlines? And is there a similar pet hotel in Heathrow like in A'dam? Also I am not sure where to start with the paperwork...

We looked high and low like bandits for what we needed. We worked like dogs not on the move just on moving the bird for a year. We made thousands of phonecalls. (I have the phonebills to prove it) No one ever knew anything.... Searched on the internet..... I looked *EVERYWHERE* Found no mention of anything and then found out later we were supposed to get a cites something no one mentioned to us when we inquired, something we found no mention of for an entire year when researching bird moves and what was necesary. This is a pain in the butt, but that bird is my child and sooner or later this will get straightened out to get my *son* back with me. Till then he is in good hands. That bird is my baby. I feel bad for those people with the turtle but i am not taking no for an answer. I did all the right things and at that time the information i needed was unaccessable courtesy of them so they can go bite themselves because i am getting my baby back.

We will be moving ourselves and Bernie at the end of August to Shanghai. I'm very nervous about putting him through this I'm losing sleep!

They are working on his flight as we speak so I'm not sure yet.
