Has anyone ever transported a young puppy from China to the United States?  I'm trying to find an airline that will let me bring a young puppy in-cabin on a flight from Beijing or Shanghai to Philadelphia.  I am also trying to figure out if China will allow us to bring an unvaccinated puppy out of the country (the U.S. will permit his importation, as long was we sign something promising to have him vaccinated within 30 days of entry).  The puppy will be  six to eight weeks old when he is ready…See More
