It can be more difficult to get back to HK as they require pets arrive as manifest cargo (not accompanied luggage). When traveling as accompanied luggage, you can check them in with you at the counter, like you did when you took Lufthansa.

Moving back to Hong Kong!

I've just recently moved from Hong Kong to Ireland on a career break here. I may go back to Hong Kong in Feb 2010 with my two small dogs, who are actually from HK and liscensed there, have AVID chips etc.The move would be to live and work there for a few years again
